What A training course designed to familiarize Distribution managers and line Supervisors with the new inventory database application prior to implementation in their respective facilities.    
When The company plans to implement the new system by the end of the 2022 fiscal year.  Therefore, the training courses will begin during the third quarter of 2021.  
Where The courses will be conducted onsite at each distribution center, either in the conference room or suitable alternative site.  
Why To enable Managers and Line Supervisors to: Become proficient in the new application software.Train their Team Leads, Clerks, and other Associates in using the new application.Troubleshoot user-level issues as appropriate to their areas of responsibility.  
How The courses will be conducted in-person at each DC by instructors provided by the software vendor.  To minimize time away from daily duties, each course will consist of ten one-hour sessions spread across two consecutive work weeks.
